Over the years, Nick has shaped LCI into a premier Central Coast builder rooted in excellence, integrity, and a hand-selected team of professionals who share his commitment to quality. Known for his approachable demeanor, reliability, and genuine character, Nick naturally builds lasting connections with clients—relationships that continue well beyond the final walkthrough.

Shayna, Nick’s wife and partner of twenty years, has been creating beautiful spaces for over fifteen years. As a key member of our team from the beginning, Shayna helps form what we proudly call our dream team.
